What I did this summer

The Hawaii economy has recovered from anemic growth rates in the range of zero to 1%.  We are experiencing 2-3% growth rates.  Yes, we are growing, but maintaining profitability in still relatively slow economic conditions is difficult.  It is difficult because some costs are growing faster than the GSP.  It is most likely that cost of labor, energy and technology are growing more rapidly in all areas of the economy.  So how do we ensure continued success in this environment?

We achieve and maintain success by carefully evaluating all aspects of the operation, from market trends and customer needs, to every aspect of business process and expense structure.
