Telephone surveys are continuously in progress at SMS and qualified telephone researchers are always in demand. Most of this work is undertaken in the evenings and at weekends, and is an excellent second job for people in all walks of life. Successful telephone researchers tend to be friendly, patient, and accurate. Typically they enjoy working in a team environment.
