SMS has worked with Hawaii's leading financial institutions. SMS provides a wide range of marketing effectiveness studies for financial services. SMS tracks the marketing performance of such organizations through Awareness Trial and Usage surveys. SMS undertakes mystery shop programs and customer satisfaction studies for this important segment. We work closely not only with the banks, but also with the Credit Unions and the Credit Union League in Hawaii.
SMS also undertakes similar studies for the insurance industry in Hawaii.
