As a market research company, we are continuously speaking to the people of Hawai'i and other Pacific Island nations, and asking for their opinions on important issues in their communities.

Telephone researchers administer surveys on the phone and in our call center facility at our Honolulu office. Telephone researchers do not sell anything over the phone.

Successful telephone researchers tend to be friendly, patient, detail-oriented and like working in a team environment. Most of this work occurs in the evenings and on the weekends. Additionally, SMS Hawai'i provides on-site training to qualified candidates.
